We back the Fashion Brand Launch System with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If, for any reason, the system does not earn its keep within 14 calendar days of your purchase, we will refund you in full — no partial credits, no fine print.

The Fashion Brand Launch System is sold for $99 as a one-time purchase. A single refund of the purchase price is the maximum we will issue per order; shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.

You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to request a refund. The purchase date is the date recorded by Stripe on the original successful payment — Stripe is the source of truth for the order record.

All we ask is that you write to us within that window. No questionnaire, no exit interview, no follow-up sequence. One email is enough.

Include in the email:

• The email address you used at checkout.
• The Stripe order ID (or the receipt / order-confirmation email — anything that lets us look up the transaction).
• A one-line note that you would like a refund under the 14-day guarantee. You do not need to explain why.

We will reply within one business day to confirm we have found the order and are processing the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Once we confirm the request, the refund typically lands on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer and bank. We do not control downstream bank processing times and cannot expedite them.

Once a refund is granted, your account access to the deliverable and to any future Version 1 updates is revoked. This is standard practice for digital goods and keeps the guarantee honest alongside the marketed lifetime access and free Version 1 updates: the guarantee covers the risk of buying; the lifetime access is the reward of keeping the product.

If you would like to return later, you are welcome to purchase again at the current price.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund in cases of fraud, abuse, or a pattern suggesting license-violating redistribution (for example, repeated refund-and-repurchase cycles, refund requests following redistribution of the system file, or chargebacks initiated after a refund has already been issued). Where a chargeback is opened in bad faith, we may terminate the associated account.

These carve-outs exist so the guarantee stays available to genuine buyers and is not exploited by people who redistribute the system file to others.

We may update this policy from time to time. The policy in force on the date of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes will be called out on the home page or in your dashboard for a reasonable period before they take effect.
